Delegate Lewis moves to amend "SB475 H JUD AM #1" on page 5, Section 3, line 11, following the period by inserting the following:

“An offender who has been incarcerated for five or more years who has reached his or her parole eligibility date whose offense is related to or who has a history of drug use, shall, as part of the offender's home plan, enter a certified substance use disorder program or recovery residence. The offender shall successfully complete the program as a condition of their parole.”
